Second-hand store. Used to have amazingly low prices but I think like most second-hand stores in this post-eBay world, they now know what stuff's worth. Still great deals to be had though.

Also, I don't know the history of this building, but the arched wooden roof is something to behold. Anyone know more about it?

  • I was in an Extra Foods (North Road and Lougheed) which had the exact same ceiling inside...
  • This design was very popular with safeway in the distant past. There are many of these structures all over canada.
