Bangjja Brassware Museum is the first specialized Museum in Korea with a theme of Bangjja Brassware.
Brassware Master Lee Bongjoo was designaned as an important intangible cultural asset No. 77 by the government in 1983 and has contributed 1,480 pieces of 275 kinds of brass wares made or collected by himself throughout his life to this Museum. The Museum was built on 17,880㎡(5,409 pyeong) area with floor space of 3,758㎡(1,137 pyeong) and consists of one basement and two stories above ground and has three pavilions (755 pyeong), data search room, culture-sarang room, video learning room, open auditorium and planning exhibition room.
