Burnley is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Burnley on the Lilydale, Belgrave, Glen Waverley and Alamein railway lines. It is in Metcard Zone 1 and is the junction for the Glen Waverley line.

Burnley was classed as a Host Station, but was upgraded to a Premium Station on 19 December 2008 as part of the Victorian Government's Transport and Liveability statement, released in May 2006. The station has used in a number of advertisements for Connex Melbourne including the Don't Hold Others Back campaign.

Burnley Station is located on Madden Grove and east of the Burnley Street road overpass, with station access from Madden Grove and Swan Street via an underpass.

The station consists of four platforms, all four in an island format. Platforms 1 & 2 have a large brick building, and serve passengers travelling towards the city, while platforms 3 & 4 have a small weatherboard building and serve the Alamein, Glen Waverley, Belgrave and Lilydale lines; Burnley being the junction for the Glen Waverley line.

Large Metcard ticket vending machines are located at the entrances to platforms 1 & 2 and platforms 3 & 4, which are able to dispense most ticketing options available, and accept notes, coins and electronic swipe card payment from a savings or cheque account. In addition, the office between platforms 1 and 2 previously staffed soley on weekday mornings is now open from the first train to the last.

Stabling facilities are located at the down end of the station, adjacent to the Glen Waverley line, while an additional little used siding is located at the Flinders Street end. A signal box is also located at the Flinders Street end.

A second pedestrian subway further east of the platforms provides a thoroughfare to Stawell Street without access to platforms.

Tram route 70 is a short walk from the station, on Swan Street.
