The municipality of Carmen, Surigao del Sur is a 5th class municipality in the province of Surigao del Sur, Philippines, nearby the Lanuza bay. The separator between the municipality and the bay is Bunga, Brgy. of Lanuza. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 10,287 people in 1,873 households. Located in Brgy. Esperanza is the "Sua cool Spring" developed for tourism with possibility to swim and party. The depth of the first basin is up to about 7 feet.
