This new (2004) building for U of T's school of pharmacy is named for former pharmacist and entrepreneur, Mr. Leslie Dan.
Very unusual architecture. The foyer has two huge oblong spherical(egg-shaped)bulbous structure suspended by steel rods. These are actually rooms to hold lectures or faculty staff meetings. These are illuminated with multicolored lights at night giving the building a unique appearance, more like something out of science fiction. Wonderful to look at. And worth visiting.
