Disney Springs (Lake Buena Vista, Florida)

Fantastic place to visit on a night-time...restaurants, bars, shops and a cinema...all with a Disney theme. Free parking and entry.

Downtown Disney was created from a merger of Disney Village Marketplace (evolved from the mid-1970s when it was "Lake Buena Vista Shopping Village", originally more of a straight shopping center for the residents of Walt Disney World, before the residences had been stripped away for more hotel space), and the vintage vibe has been replaced with a modern, garish theme for tourists) and Pleasure Island. It has since expanded.
