The Greene County Courthouse in Xenia is located at the intersection of Main & Detroit Streets. The building was built between 1901 and 1902, and is Greene County's third courthouse.

The tornado that struck Xenia in 1974 passed directly beside the courthouse and the high winds damaged the roof, dislodged several decorative gargoyles, and damaged the leaded glass window in the courtroom.

The courthouse is surrounded by small war memorials, including an interesting cannon that commemorates the US Civil War.
