This is the single largest residential house in Halvad till date apart from Raj Mahel with 28 rooms built in 1915 by great philanthropist Sheth Prabhashanker Motiram Dave who in his time had invited whole town for lunch and dinner for seven consecutive days after his mother passed away.I am proud to tag this property as his great grandson.
