This estate is the home of Billionaire Christopher Goldsbury.

Goldsbury joined Pace Foods, maker of the famous Pace Picante Sauce. Goldsbury's connection to the company was established through his marriage to the daughter of company founder David Pace. In 1979, Goldsbury was named company president and, in 1982, he became chair, two positions he held until 1995. Three years after becoming president, Goldsbury bought David Pace out. (As an interesting side note, in 1990, Pace Foods sent 2,000 bottles of their Pace Picante Sauce to US troops in the Saudi Arabian desert.) 1991 saw Goldsbury buy his wife out. Four years later, he sold Pace Foods to the Campbell Soup Company for $1.1 billion in cash.
