Veluthodan Kandy VK (Later renamed as Fathima Manzil)is a prominent family in Elathur and surrounding area. Father of Late Fathima (Valyuppappa) constructed this house in early 1920s and revamped in 1950s. the family tree has grown up to more than 400 as of now from total 8 Children.

Many of the family members are holding reputed position in social life and in professional life.
