    "Tomis Nord" is the most crowded quarter, no parking places, very small apartments and very noisy because of traffic. It never was "the lung of the city" and it will never be, except for the people who live there, people who still believe that they live in the most luxuriant quarter in Constanta but they actually stay in a 40 sqm 2 rooms apartament. "Tomis Nord" does not include Tabacarie Park

    Well, let me put it this way then; How many other neighborhoods have a park as big as "Tabacarie" just minutes away. What about proximity to Ovidius University campus? Or access to local beaches. Or check criminality rates throughout city of Constanta and what are you going to come up with for the safest place to be? - Tomis Nord. Regarding the area for apartments, are you aware of bigger places somewhere else in Constanta?
