Columbus Grove Tustin (Tustin, California)

Lennar Homes and William Lyon Homes have partnered as Marble Mountain Partners to acquire and develop three residential communities at the former MCAS Tustin. Using the working title “Tustin Vistas” at Moffett Meadows, Marble Mountain Partners has begun developing preliminary concept plans that will transform the approximately 65 acre site into a new residential neighborhood consistent with surrounding contemporary neighborhoods in Irvine and Tustin. Although the final design proposal has not yet been finalized, Marble Mountain Partners has preliminarily indicated that all of the existing military housing units at the site will be demolished and replaced with 503 new residential units. The project will also include linkages to provide future access to a planned regional hiking and riding trail proposed within the adjacent Peters Canyon Channel. In addition, the site is centrally located to regional shopping and regional transportation facilities.
