Marquee at Park Place was constructed by Bosa development company, and construction began in 2003 and was just recently completed. Marquee Park Place is located at the northeast corner of Jamboree Road and Campus Drive, close to the 405 Freeway. This is the first phase of a master planned multi-use community, and when completed, Park Place will contain over 4 million square feet of commercial/residential/entertainment development, making it one of the largest, most exciting properties in Orange County
