Multistory hotel with convention space, restaurant and underground parking. Beside it is the identical-looking La Renaissance apartment tower, which is Saskatoon's tallest building at 79.2 metres.

The hotel was originally built as a Ramada Renaissance, then changed hands in the 1990s to become the Radisson. It was sold again in 2019 to the Delta chain.

Regina's Delta hotel is an identical tower and built around the same time under the Ramada Renaissance name before changing to Delta.
