  • Hi All, I hav booked 1BHK at Garden View and experienced the same problems. I want to join any group going to consumer court aganist Royal Palms. Pragya (incharge of Garden View) promises possession by Sept-10 after making balance payments and maintenance charges. But she refuses to give any compensation for the almost 2-year delay.
