Nazi concentration camp, "Kurtenhof", built in 1941 and used for 3 years during the Nazi occupation of Latvia in WWII. By Western assessment 2000-3000 people died there, based on documental and archeological evidence. By Soviet and modern Russian assessment 50 000 - 300 000 people died there.

  • 2 thousand?! Please, stop neo-Nazi propaganda! In AEL Kurtenhof 7000 children perished. While whole number of victims is 53700 people with different ethnic and religious background and from different European countries: Latvia, Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, etc.

  • 1) No Neonazi group has ever claimed interest in rewriting anything in Salaspils camp history. Only one political force has ever had ambition to do that - Soviet Union. 2) To go from 2-3'000 deaths up to even 300'000, thats, extreme even for Stalinist propoganda. To "soften" it and stick with 50'000 - still without bodies, without documents, without any other substantial evidence, is not scientific, its just silly. 3) Razhavin, please remember, you don't have to recitate Soviet propoganda anymore. There is no Cheka and KGB behind your doors, anymore.
