Potamos Beach near town of Epanomi, Thessaloniki: One of the best beaches near Salonika, good sand, wide at some places. A bit shalow watetrs near shore, makes for particularly warm bathing. Along with the southern oriantetion, makes perfect for winter bathing too. There is at least a restaurant, beach bar, and 2-3 cantines for snacks.
