This temple is built in 17th century. It is said that Ahilyabai Holkar had donated for making this temple. This is exclusive temple having four Shiv Lingas made by copper. There are idols of Shiv Prvati, Ganapati, Veerbhadra, Vishnu, Laxmi, gandharvas and others deities. Renovation of this place was tried many times after damage by natural calamity. Yet this place is not in good shape. Hundreds and thousands of people around visit this place on Shravani Somvar every year. The aerial view of Bhima River basin is very beautiful. One can see a beautiful landscape of villages around this hill. This is a very calm and quite place for meditation. One gets satisfaction after visiting this place.
