Varsha Apartments is a private housing society which consists of mostly educated families. It consists of four buildings and a society office with two parking lots. It is located on a very prime location and easy access to almost everything like market, hospital, police station, bus station, railway station, gardens and eateries. The society has a well organized committee which takes the major decision of the maintenance and renovation (if any). Major festivals are celebrates with full enthusiasm which are open to all, the major ones being Independence Day, Republic Day, Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi and Holi. The young generation comprises of enthusiasts who are doing well in their respective field of specialization. Varsha Apartments also has a Youth committee which comprises of the youth residing in Varsha Apartments, Vani Housings and Himgiri Apartments, who all share the same privilege as others. Annually the Youth Committee plans a trip to Vaishno Devi (Hindu's sacred place near Jammu) and additional places (on New Year's Eve).
