Settlement called "K.I.Butusova" on the street of Sverdlov, 21; 21a; 23a; 23; 25. Residential area, built in the style of constructivism in 1927-1929, limited by the streets of Pushkin, Respublikanskoy, Sverdlov and Tschaikovsky. Block consists of seven four-storied U-shaped habitable housings of common brick. This was the first attempt at the creation in Yaroslavl' of the well-organized residential area with the system of the green aired courts with the elements of cultural and social-welfare maintenance. Under the building a synagogue was included (Tschaikovsky's street,54). Settlement is called "Butusovskim" in managing Yaroslavl gubkommunotdelom Constantine Ivanovich Butusov's honor under whose control design and construction work we conducted. In 1953 was executed the improvement project of settlement K.K. Nekrasov. In the house Nr 23 along Sverdlov's street is located standard ferroconcrete electric substation - the interesting model of the industrial architecture of Yaroslavl' 1920- X yr. analogous construction is located on the street of Soviet, in the house Nr 50 and in the territory of the secondary school Nr 53 on B.Fedorovskoy.
