  • despite the lack of facilities, doctors and nurses are doing their best to provide care to their patients. i may say that they are seasoned doctors and nurses. they can do what is impossible. i assure you... what they need is "BUDGET" and state of the art facilities. don't pass your blame to them... because they too are just victims of political sabotage..... I've seen how they work... and i have worked with them....
