Fatima Convent is run and managed by the Vedruna Carmelite Sisters. It was established in 1953 at Jail Road. In 1985 the High School was shifted to Merubaug. Due to the damage caused to the building during the earthquake, a new building was constructed in the same campus, which was inaugurated on the 13th of October 2006. Fatima Convent believes in imparting quality education. Stress is laid on the development of IQ, EQ, SQ and RQ. Is a home away from home. The atmosphere is conducive for an all round development.The Motto of the School is SERVICE ABOVE SELF. Has both English as well as Gujarati Mediums from class 8 to 12 both Science and Commerce.
The School has it Past Students Association called FEXSA. Past students are invited to register your names, to keep in touch with your ALMA MATER and enjoy the life-long relationship with you family lke school.
From June 2008, Fatima Convent has takena leap ahead by starting the CBSE section. At present the classes are from Nursery,LKG, UKG and Class I.
