Also known as Subang Perdana Goodyear Court 10
Goodyear Court 10 is located in USJ 15, Subang Jaya and is the last of the Goodyear Court series of high rise apartments (Court 1 - 10) which was built by Goodyear Management, a public listed company in Malaysia .
Originally known as Subang Perdana Phase 6, Goodyear Court 10 boasted a more attractive façade, quality finishes and better facilities than the other, earlier phases. With more than a 1,000 units built, it also marks the largest development within the Subang Goodyear family of apartments.
Court 10 itself features five different designs - Legenda, Genesis, Westin, Austin and Lanvin - in five varying sizes and floor plans as well. Legenda (AG, AK, AM) is a largest of the lot measuring between 1039 sq ft - 1081sq ft were priced between 125,000 - RM142,400 each. Genesis (AD, AE) measuring 985sq ft - 1059sq ft were priced at RM119,200 - RM140,800. Westin (AF, AL, AN, AP) measuring 967sq ft - 1073sq ft were priced at RM116,900 - RM142,600. Austin (AC) measuring 833sq ft - 883sq ft were priced at RM100,200 - RM118,800. Lanvin (AA, AB, AH, AJ, AQ measuring 743sq ft - 783sq ft were priced at RM88,000 - RM106,300.

Development commenced in 1995 and the units with vacant possession were handed over to the respective owners in September 1997. Certifcate of Fitness were issued a few months later and in 2006 the Strata Titles were successfully issued by the Land Office.
Come 2007, many of us would have been staying at Court 10 for exactly a decade and it is time for the residents to form a management committee to look into its own caring and sharing of the premises and facilities! It is timely therefore for Court 10 to have its own website and this, we promise, is just the beginning .
