"History of the school".Gousia model public School Adipoa Sopore is Run By Alhaaj Mohammad Shaban Bhat R/o.Adipora,a village which is only a kilometer away from town Sopore Is lagging behind in every matter of progress.It is credible that knowlege can only enlighten the people and can take away the rust, by awakening their Concious.This thing was felt by some good reformers,who realised the need of hour, to spread knowlege among common masses.thus established an GOUSIA in nov 2001.Advocate farooq ,who is the administrator of this school has shouldered the responsiblity to run this institution and was upgraded upto middle from primary standard in year2008.Mr Farooq Ahmad Bhat has proved himself as a great hardworker and social reformer.He was only at the age of 20 ,when this idea struck his mind .taking this mission in his hands .He completed his B.A,B.ed And LLb Degrees from kashmir university.Besides started practising Law at C.J .Ms Court Sopore.
