Payal Collection's office is here on 1st Floor, B-29. This place came up in 1985. Rolex Apt. Besides it came up much earlier. The complex was build by Jitu bhai (Builder) Earlier this place was called Badam Wadi. Jay Munshi spent first five years of his life here. P L Santhoshi also used to stay here and very often in days of Bombay Talkies the Famous stars like Ashok Kumar used to visit here. The place had two wells and their were lots of trees especially Almonds, coconuts, figs and peepal. In itself the place was a colony of Gujrati and Maharashtrian people.
