From the year 1960 to 1977, the Improvement Trust and later on GDA has constructed about lacs of houses and plots of various categories i.e. site/services, EWS, MIG, LIG, HIG and apartments.

Kaushambi, Vashali, Indirapurm in T.H.A. and Govindpuram, Karpooripuram, Swarn Jayanti Puram and Partap Vihar in Hindon Area are the new upcoming residential colonies in Ghaziabad. The authority is constructing commercial complexes in these colonies to create to the needs of the people

Respected Sir, Subject: - complainant against pollution -Regarding I beg to say that I living at D-12,13 Keshav Kunj Colony Sadarpur Road Opposite Shahanai Farm House, Govind Puram Ghaziabad. My House nearby Two Buiulders are construction 5 storeys flats opne from way to right side and other one from left side of way and they are running whole day Generators and it caused we are facing troubles like noise and smokes. We cannot running Coolers in the day because on running of cooler smoke of Geneators come in the house. We cannot sleep one second in whole day due to noise of these Generators. Our children cannot study due to noise of Generators. All the time danger is making due to fall of bricks and other construction materials at the time of passing way to go outside the house or into the house. All neighbors are facing all troubles due to this pollution. I suffer Asthma due to Generator of smoke. Builders are not worry in spite of several requests. You are, therefore kindly requested to do the needful so that we may live with peace otherwise we may be sifted any place.
