monument, farm, farmhouse
The St. Jozefshoeve to the Langedonckstraat in Boortmeerbeek, on the border with the town Kampenhout, dates from the 17th century and was among the possessions of the "Bureau van Weldadigheid" in Mechelen. The CPAS-Mechelen is still the owner and still gives the completely original farmhouse with a moat concession as a farm. The farm, with the circular moat with bridge, was classified as protected monument in 1994.
