The historic Marbella I Building (also known as Marabella I Condominium) is one of the works of Philippine national artist, Architect Leandro V. Locsin.
Known for his use of concrete floating volume and simplistic design, The Marbella I is a fine example of Locsin's brutalist architecture. A rectilinear concrete facade is complemented by cantilevered canopy on its porte cochere that leads to the marble clad main lobby and a spiralling staircase on its central core.
