DDC Land, Inc. is formerly Dry Dock Corporation (DDC), a dry-docking company that repair ships during its dry dock, registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) based in Cebu.
DDC decided to shift into realty & development after the merge of the 3 big shipping companies into one. The first housing venture in Cebu was a success that made the company decide to transfer in Manila to continue its realty business.
1991 DDC Land, Inc. was established by Mr. Martin Georg Sutter and his wife, Engr. Edna R. Sutter.
