  As of this year (2016) The Investors Building is undergoing significant renovations to the first and second floors, as well as the corner facade on 8th and Marquette Avenue. A glass facade running up the corner will replace the current stonework, and the interior atrium will be opened to the second floor. The post office has permanently vacated the premisis due to the renovations, and several tenants on first and second floor are being relocated. the main entry will be relocated to the corner of the building, as part of the corner-facade renovation. As of this time, Wells-Fargo, formerly the primary tenant of the Investors Building (as well as Roanoke and the 730 Building (formerly US Trust and before that the Peavey Building), has moved out to their new facilities located around US Bank Stadium.
