I cant believe what Im reading ! You guys just have no clue. The little grass of yesteryears have grown to be the trees you see.... That is so true. ( James Menez, I remember you guy) I totally dedicate all my accomplishment to the Great St John's. Looking for old friends, class of '76, '77 and '78. Left St John's for Chicago in 1977 and would have graduated with Ramon Duran's clan (78)! You guys are the best !! armin castro armcast2@aol.com

dear Johnites, those who see the good in SJA, good for us. Those who say negative things to our alma mater, I pity you so much. There is nothing wrong with the way the Gil's are running SJA, in fact they molded me into a competitive being. SOmeone who can stand up, chin up high, and can proudly say that I'm from SJA. That we can converse in english, fluently, with other people. In college, i have been friends with an Atenean, and a Povedan. And I know for a fact that I can be at the same pacing as to how the are, with regard to studies and the like. To those who didn't benefit from SJA. Poor you. Sja might be considered poor when it comes to facilities and the like, but hell with that. We were able to do without them. Ako, equally i am well known to not only my batchmates but to all, hindi sa pagmamayabang i was part of many organizations and I get good grades as well. nasa top ako ng batch when we graduated. In fact Malupet ang pinagaaralan kong school ngayon, malulupet lang nakakapasa... kasi I learned to love SJA. It did me great. Kaya salamat.... Kahit epal si Mrs Ortega minsan, ok lang.... Si Ms. Orbon, Kahit lagi un nanghuhuli, ano naman.. para satin rin yon eh. If you yourself don't appreciate what SJA has to offer, You yourself don't deserve SJA. ASA ka nalang....... and tangagpin mong you're a loser. If you think SJA is a loser school, san ka bumagsak ngayon? ha? WHY DON'T YOU BLAME IT ON YOURSELF?

I belong to batch '97. For those who don't see the good in this school are most probably the same people who made it icky and yuckie. We had a good batch and most of us are very successful in our chosen field. If you see this school now as bulok... then most probably, they were wrong in accepting you 'coz you just made it bulok! The little plans of yesterday are now the big trees you see. You know, you are just one flood that can't bring us down!

SJA IS DEFINITELY NOT ALL THAT, BUT DONT YOU JUST WONDER WHY YOUR PARENTS ENTRUSTED YOU THERE. I MEAN A PRETTY GOOD REASON MUST BE EXISTING, AND ITS CALLED EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION. ALTHOUGH I ADMIT HAVING NO MRS.ORTEGA WOULD HAVE MADE MY STAY MUCH BETTER. PLUS THE 4TH YR OF 07-08. YES ECSTACY, I AGREE WITH YOU. FINE, LETS JUST SAY SJA HAVE LOST QUITE THE GLORY IT HAD YEARS AGO. I EVEN THINK WE WERE THE LUCKY BATCH BEFORE IT EVEN DECREASED ANOTHER NOTCH OR NOTCHES. ANY, I WONT TRADE MY EXPERIENCES THERE FOR ANY SCHOOL. I PROMISE, YOU'D REALIZE IT WHEN YOU'RE IN COLLEGE UNLESS YOU WERE SUCH A LOSER BACK IN SJA THAT COLLEGE IS YOUR LAST BREATH OF HOPE.

Hey there were a lot of cuties from here. I used to look out our window above my cousin's sari-sari store to check out the cuties. The Suva sisters attended this school in 1980s.

All my siblings graduated from SJA, I left before Senior High graduation for the U.S. due to some urgency. My batch was 1987 with John Kapunan, Margoth Gallardo, Lara Sen, Marcial Malate, Leopoldo Castaneda etc. I've always been proud of SJA and I am happy to share my knowledge with my daughter. I love writing words correctly (Thanks to Mrs. Zorilla. My nieces graduated from SJA in the late 90's. I think SJA is cool.

It's my last year in this splendid school... My God-given talents have been so deftly honed by the mentors of this institution over the eleven-or-so years I have been in here... Truly, St. Johnites are exposed to rigors much unlike those of other schools; modernization seems also far from the administration's improvement list, heavily apparent with only one year of Computer studies. And yet, as I have seen through other institutions, I can safely say SJA is a damn good school. Morals are (very) strictly upheld here, and though there're times it seems that the admin goes too far in implementing its rules, I think it's actually worth it. I've never heard of class bullying, gang wars, or anything grossly derogatory happening in our school; I think that is enough evidence to say that the admin is doing an excellent job in molding its students (including me... ^_^). Lastly, education here is, surprisingly, very satisfactory (considering the nominal tuition fee); I love Math, Science, and English because of the talented mentors of this school. And it is always us who molds the path of our own life, and schools are nothing more than guides for us. St. John's is an exemplary guide, and I will forever cherish this little school that I am to leave behind for college in my last year. ^_^ --Kazu K. (07-18-09)-- PS. I know Crystal! Hi!!!! ^_^

I have been fortunate to have gained my education in this school... I hail from Batch '99 and I really really am proud of being a ST. JOHNITE! Before my graduation I had some financial difficulties with my tuition fee, after speaking with Mrs. Gil, she gave me promissory to have my exams in order to finish my education. Forever I will be forever grateful to her and the institution. I'm also proud that it gave me a better life after St. John's. I remember the days that the teachers would fine me .50 cents whenever I speak a single Tagalog word on campus! But this exercise thought me how to be expressive in the English language and indeed it helped me a lot especially when I'm going out of the country. Plus I would never ever forget the hardworking teachers and all the staff that are ready to help you when you need them. Plus the ACP '99 Corps Cadets for bagging the best marching unit in the Pinaglabanan Day Parade. Truly a school that will be forever etched in my mind and heart! :)
