CIMEP was born in 1949, and starts in those years to extract and to commercialize the roman travertine present in great layers in the familiar grounds.The extension of our quarry field. covers an area of about 200.000 square meters and lets our company to be sure for many caming years to receive same production and quality of travertino classic type, paglierino type, onda marina type, brown type, and Casal Bernini type.

The factory that we own in Bagni di Tivoli area, devolop on a surface area of 40.000 square meters. There, the material is processed in slabs and worked in any kind of finished works.

Our technicians and our workers, highly specialized and the machineries of the most recent technology give us the power to offer to our costumers any type of supply and of realization like facing tiles for buildings, open book floors, steps of different measures and thickness, fountains and columns, and each other request of different type.
