This used to be the home of several popular establishments, but the entire side of this block was demolished. The lot was a parking lot ("the people's parking lot") for several years until 2012, when Terravita Apartments was built.
Bimbo's Bitchin' Burritos, The Cha-Cha, Kincora (now King Cobra), and Bus Stop have relocated. This also used to be the home of Manray and (briefly) Pony - which have not found new homes yet.
