A one-stop service centre begins its operation at Agargaon Regional Passport Office in the city today (Wednesday). Passport endorsement, including changes in profession, name or date of birth, could be obtained from the service centre in a single day, official sources said. Home Secretary M Abdul Karim will formally inaugurate the one-stop centre at Agargaon Passport Office today. The centre will assist the people in filling up forms and other related formalities, according to sources. An applicant will have to deposit Taka 500 with the centre to get the endorsement-related work done within the day. Services will be delivered on a first come, first served basis.
