In the mid 1960s, the upper level of this building, opening on the northwest side facing the mall, was a Grand Union supermarket. That is where, most recently, the Circuit City has been located. The lower level, opening on the southeast side, was a bowling alley. Several movie theaters have since operated where the bowling alley was--most recently, a Cinema and Draft House, open very briefly and closing in 2009.
