Krišjāna Barona iela 16 (Ernests Pole 1910) is the home of Riga's unique Jaunais Lellu teatris ('The New Puppet Theatre'), which was founded in 1998. The theatre has a team of about 25 including puppet makers, scriptwriters, poets, and scenery makers. There is also a composer who ensures that every show has its own original music. Another attraction is that all the roles are taken by well-known radio personalities such Renars Kaupers and Roberts Gobziņš.
