Crumbling, out of date, and probably unsafe gymnasium building. The only reason it hasn't been condemned is that it includes a warm water pool, needed by the disabled community.

Some memories of this building back in the 1990s: A flight of stairs that would sag by almost a foot when walked on, large (up to several feet) chunks of plaster randomly falling from the ceiling, gym rooms that could only be entered by ducking through low passageways under the seats, locker room that smelled of chlorine with a huge bulge in the ceiling and dripping water, random barbed wire, broken windows, and (worst of all) a vending machine that never worked...
