  I lived there in the early 1970's on the 17th floor. One morning we were waiting for the elevator. When the doors opened you immediately noticed that someone had taken a sizeable dump. There was a sign above it which read, "This took guts and that's no shit". We used to flush M80's down the toilet and you could hear them explode on the floors below (girl's floors). We used to empty a full ash tray onto the carpet, place a large piece of pizza(a sacrifice)on top of the pile and then grind it in with your shoe. This place really sucked but you can make your own fun.
