  Same thing happened to me also .. It is a known fact that they usually do not answer the phone .. maybe the management is very week.

  Very very absert no one is answering the phone. People get more sick while they holding the phone.

  yeah,, these things happening most in our country. Its because of usually they recruit for telephone operators as cute young girls. So what they do after get the job they keep chatting with theirs X and current boy friends during the working hours specially.. Because the bill is paying by the company owner.. :)

  Today I called no shown on the web but fail The service is also same I have consulted a doctor of authopedic surgeon at 7.0 pm and he sent my kid to the theatre for a surgery. While my kid was in front of theatre doctor has gone to another hospital for consultation and return at 10.30pm I have complaint and there were not any responsible person to accept my complain Very poor service
