Blaine is a city in Whatcom County, Washington, United States. The population was 4,684 at the 2010 census.

Blaine has one of the busiest border crossings in the United States. The Peace Arch has been a draw for visitors for many years. It symbolizes peace between The U.S. and Canada and the border runs right through the middle of it.
