Experimental Test Highway

Section of US Rt 23 in which there are two parallel roads in each of the northbound and southbound directions. Only one of the roads in each direction is open at any given time. Operated by Ohio Dept of Transportation, presumably for the purpose of testing road construction methods. Signs on the side of the road identify it. Barricades block off the unused road.
