The Lazy J Ranch Park is about a quarter mile north of here. The original ranch site was located about here. Back in the 1960s I'd ride my bike through here, it was a dirt road. The Lazy J Ranch relocated somewhere in the Malibu foothills. The URL has a couple photos from the San Fernando Digital History Library CSUN.
