I was told that this house has a unique garage due to its location off Merrick Road. Drive into the garage and it will rotate so the car is facing outward to leave.

  • But yet the Property Card shows a 676 sq. ft. area labeled 'gar'.
  • There is definatly a garage and it is true about the floor. I have seen it in action. Also I used to fish in the lake next to it.
  • This house is for sale right now, listed on MLSLI.com (#2145676) It looks like a gorgeous home, maybe I will go attend an open house and inquire if the rotating garage floor thing is true!!
