  • These are studio flats(single bed room only). some houses come fully furnished and some dont.good for a couple and commodities are easily accessible, commuting facilities are very near by and convenient.

  • the management will squeeze every penny from you, maintenance costs so much considered it is a low cost apartment. the "manager" even rented out the parking lot to outsiders what a joke, a has been jaga kereta boy!
  • dunno why outsiders want to park their car here, it is just like buying stolen goods, morally wrong eventhough you pay for it
  • every month anti termite treatment but this is a brick building, everyday rats dancing on the awning nobody cares, the management is a pest
  • banyak tikus
  • ha ha, the only apartment in KL where tenants can't get a parking bay, what a joke
