  On Saturday Sept 18 I went into the highland post office to pick up a certified letter. I went in and up to the counter and was told "I am closed" "we are closing" I realize the p.o. closes at 1:00 but I also realize that I was let in and was in the lobby and should have been taken care of. I have been a customer service manager for 3 years for a major retailer and would never allow people to come in and then refuse them service. Proper customer service would be taking care of all existing customers in the store, and finishing whatever people you have in line. I did mention it to a lady waiting to lock the doors and she just looked at me. I am new to the highland area and this was not a pleasant experience. It would have only taken a minute or two to retrieve my letter.
