  • Hmmmm desperation. Raghava Please stay calm read your own comments again. I do not see why this has to be realestate, since you guys are trying to market the area instead of telling the truth. Lets look at facts, This area has issues, no new constructions are allowed. YSR took bribes allowed few of his friends to build, Since there are court cases they put a rider that only existing houses will be regularized and rest should go back to govt . With latest technology(what we are using now wiki) some one can easily go to court and prove plot was empty, hence the regularization wont hold. There are very few genuine houses built before govt issued notices. All the apts and comm are built by corrupt poloticians or ppl with connections If Telangana becomes reality, Middle class people have nothing to worry. Only those who paid bribes, did shady deals to acquire telangana land. Beware this is a good location and will be targeted after state is formed. Unless Title/permissions everything is clear do not risk your money
  • Mr Raghava, I had a offer for 8000/sq yard in 2004. I did not buy because of legal issues. No one will pass this layout because of location. Any idiot will tell its a great location. But you are risking everything with this BET. My Opinion, Not worth it

  • As per the latest report, Kiran Kumar Reddy had assured Vivekananda Reddy that he will regularize Swamy Ayyappa Society land pretty soon as he has high stakes in the land. Soon the rates will touch 1 lakh/square yard with the land titles been very clean and this society is right in the heart of Hitech City, the crown jewel of Hyderabad.

  • GHMC didn't touched my wo buildings. I am still earning 2 lakhs per month on those rents. People like you will miss the correct time and cry on people like me who have the luck. For your info, I planned pucca and built the buildings back in 2006 only. Now CRYyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
