ZOOMOBILE
A municipal initiative of the Rio administration – by way of the RIOZOO Social Work Foundation - the ZOOMOBILE, an environmentally educational interactive bus, provides a unique opportunity to get acquainted with Brazilian ecosystems. This is a VIVO-sponsored project with the purpose of spreading the knowledge and the values of what Brazilian biodiversity is really all about.
Guided by biologists, the tour relies on a big-screen projection and 20 dummy animals, used as ‘teaching-class’ aids by the technicians.
During October, the ZOOMOBILE will be at the Rio Zoo. Later it will offer guided visits to public and private schools. To schedule a visit, please call: 2569-2024 ext. 253 or 227.
