  • GADHDA is one of the OLDEST civilisation place in the SAURASHTRA. Here I tell about 4000 yers and not just 200 or 400 yeras. Like Kotada, KOTADA UNCHA and LOTHAL. The GADH GADHADA is About 4000 years old Civilisation - 2000 BC.
  • Shriji Maharaj had desired to build a temple on a hillock In Gadhada. This land jointly belonged to Dada Khacher and Jeeva Khacher. Dada Khachar was willing to part with his interest in the land, but Jeeva Khachar refused to do so. This work could not, therefore, be taken up. Shriji Maharaj then said: "A big temple shall be built here in the future and my idol along with that of My choicest devotee shall be installed therein." HENCE IN VIKRAM SAMVAT 2006 the temple was built and bhakte sahit bhagwan ni murti ni prathishtha thai and the wish of lord swaminarayan was fulfilled... jai swaminarayan
