The Trenton Bulldogs have played home football games at this facility since the 1930s. It is one of the few high school football facilities to have covered seating, which is generally for fans of the Bulldogs on the southern side of the facility. A fund-raising campaign, started in late 2007, hopes to give the facility a well-earned facelift, including a new all-weather track by the end of the decade.
