  • This is the widest section of the Pompeston Creek.
  • I need to contact one of your persons of interest regarding PSEG's latest obtrusive assault on trees and vegetation in our lands but in the Right of Way (ROW). We won a Court Order in 2000 to 2002, in the County Superior Court,to end the enviromental assault. Now PSEG declared that Court Order "null and Void." We have them stopped once again with a "Stay" and now moved on to the isue of "litigants rights" that will be addressed on July 14th 2009. I have been told by a Cinnaminson Township official that you are also affected by this latest assault? I am inquireing to determine if you also have a dog in this fight?
